Graduating from Radford University in 2008 with a B.B.A in both Management and Marketing, Justin started in the financial management industry immediately. Motivated by his goal of helping individuals and business owners secure stable financial futures, he was named one of Richmond’s 2015 “Top 40 Under 40” published by Style Weekly Magazine. He is a 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 Richmond Five Star Wealth Manager for the Richmond region. 

As an FSV partner, Justin firmly believes success comes from developing, communicating, and executing a plan. He enjoys helping professionals, families, and small businesses achieve their financial goals.

Justin holds FINRA Series 65, Series 7, Virginia Insurance Agent, Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life and Variable Annuities licenses. He also obtained his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation which he pursued specifically because of the emphasis on a fiduciary standard of care.

A staple in the Goochland community, Justin has greatly impacted the area through his outreach. He maintains an active membership in the Rotary Club of Goochland, acting as Coordinator for the Holiday Meal Program and Meals on Wheels. A past District Chair for Region 10 and former Chairman, Justin is a current committee member of the Goochland Ducks Unlimited Chapter. He is also a graduate of and planning committee member for Goochland Leadership Enterprise (GLE). Additionally, Justin is Past-President of the Goochland Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of the office, Justin is an avid outdoorsman. He thoroughly enjoys playing softball, hunting, fishing, gardening, boating, and attending sporting events. A lifelong resident of Goochland, he resides there with his wife, Brittany, son Branson, daughter Windsor, and dogs Sady & Afton.
