Kathy joined Financial Services of Virginia in 2024. She is responsible for executing operations for clients and problem-solving to ensure positive outcomes in her role as Executive Assistant for C. Wayne LaPlante. She attended San Jacinto College.
Prior to joining FSV, Kathy served as Interim Children’s Ministry Co-Director at her church. Before having children, Kathy was the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Advantage Capital Corporation where she held a Series 6, 7, 63 and 24. Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, Wayne, their adult children and their spouses. Kathy and Wayne live in Richmond and enjoy visiting their children in Chicago and London. She also volunteers in the children’s ministry area at her church.
